This Refund Policy applies to Premium Subscription purchases made through TrueMap, operated by Desert Rose FZE. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

TrueMap offers an optional Premium Subscription on a monthly or annual basis. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one, and how it will be processed.

Prices displayed at checkout in the App Store or through our payment partner are the binding prices. Amounts shown above are indicative and may vary due to regional App Store pricing, currency conversion, or applicable taxes.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

3.1 Eligibility

✓  You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date and you have not accessed any Premium-only features or Promo Codes since purchasing.

✗  You are not eligible for a refund if you have accessed, redeemed, or viewed any Premium-only Promo Codes or exclusive features since the purchase date, even within the 14-day window.

3.2 How to Request

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – [your registered email]
  3. Include your purchase date and the email address associated with your TrueMap account.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

4.1 Apple App Store Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store via Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund procedures. Upon approval of your request by our team, we will provide confirmation that you are eligible under this policy, and Apple will process the refund in accordance with their timeline — typically within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4.2 Purchases Through Our Payment Partner

If your subscription was processed through TrueMap's payment partner (accessible within the TrueMap app), refunds are subject to the payment partner's refund procedures. Our team will initiate the refund on your behalf. Processing time may vary.

4.3 Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be for the full amount paid at the time of purchase. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period outside the 14-day window.

After 14 days from the purchase date, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where:

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

7. Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any subscription price changes, communicated via the application or by email. If you do not cancel before a price change takes effect, continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.
